Milt and his son did great work on my fence clean and stain. They also did an interior project and painted. Very punctual and great communication! The place was left neat and clean after the work. 5+ stars!
Milt was a great help for my husband and I. He and his team painted the interior of our home, removed the attic fan from our ceiling and closed up the opening, and replaced the front door of our home (that was built in 1950). He was upfront and honest with us about the job from the start and was eager to make sure nothing quality wise was left untouched or unfixed. The team of workers he assigned to our home was not as detail oriented as Milt and multiple minor fixes were brought to Milt’s attention throughout the project and he has them fix it with no questions whatsoever. I was comfortable speaking up if I had concerns or questions, and at the end of the job, my husband and I know that it was a quality job and have already recommended Milt to multiple of our friends. He was reasonably priced for the labor, supplies, and time for the jobs as well.
Helped with the total process of the fence replacement. Was informed to contact 1800 Dig, to flag all lines in the area, from there helped with the proper verbiage to quickly get approval from the homeowner’s association, of the repair and extension of the fence. Was on time, available when contacted, and worked with my schedule. Used proper materials for the job, and very informant on process and how to do it properly. The crew who installed the fence was professional, and the complete removal and install only took two days. Would totally recommend and will defiantly be calling for additional work.
A-1 Coatings did an excellent job on two different decking projects for me. Milt kept me updated on what was going on with each project and sent pictures. All of his employee’s did a great job, and kept the area clean. Milt was there to check their progress several times a day. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again.
Milt did an amazing job painting, touching up and finishing several paint projects in my house. One of these rooms was a bathroom with wallpaper in it. The attention to detail was amazing, there was very little clean up, and he was punctual/responsive and very honest. I was so impressed with Milt and his professionalism. AMAZING!!! We are SO happy with Milt’s work!! We just bought a house and needed all the trim and wood work painted because it was all oak. Milt was great at updating us throughout the process with photos and videos, and also had great tips and tricks for us when we paint the walls ourselves. He was also priced the most fairly compared to other quotes I received. I will definitely be using him next time… HIGHLY recommend!
This was one of the best experiences I’ve experienced with a contractor. He was extremely reasonable on price, gave a timeline AND came in faster than it, and was extremely communicative. Hire him right now! I’m already trying to think of other projects for him.
